Shooting Beauty the film

in
The film tells the story of the creation of the Open Shutter exhibit.   Some people may find the photographs and film to be emotionally disturbing. in

FRIDAY, Feb. 26 (HealthDay News) -- Scientists studying the anatomy of children's brains during reading discovered something rather unexpected: Remedial training for poor readers results in a growth of white matter tracts in the brain, and the increase correlates with the level of improvement in sounding out words.

This story is so amazing.  Just thing how remarkable the human body is in its ability to grow and improve.

in

At a hearing Friday, Circuit Judge Duke Bloom called it unacceptable that Department of Health and Human Resources officials say it could be more than 18 months before they implement a new program for victims of traumatic brain injury.
